Software Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile adoption and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Guide teams to deliver projects on time by removing blockers and encouraging ownership.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies;
  escalate issues proactively.
• Support and improve CI/CD and DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and business objectives.
• Track delivery metrics and prepare clear status and performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and high team performance.
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Oversee projects across the full software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
