The Role

As Implementation Project Manager , you will manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams within a complex program to enable efficient product implementation and customer onboarding with minimal supervision. Your primary objective is to proactively manage new customer implementations, create end-to-end project plans, drive deliverables, keep stakeholders informed of status and risks, coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs, and track progress against plan.
