Software Design And Implementation Specialist

Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia • Full-Time • On-Site • 3,500-5,000 MYR / Month

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding the products and applications adopted by the firm.
  • Design and deliver innovative solutions based on the client's business requirements and the needs of colleagues during their course of work.
  • Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules.
  • Assist customer and/or colleagues in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support.
  • Explore new applications, test and implement it firm-wide.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions.
  • Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas.
  • Lead meetings and drive issues to resolution.
