Software Design Engineer in Test 4

**Title: Software Design Engineer in Test (SDET) 4**
**Location: Puget Sound, WA (Onsite – building confirmation pending)**
**Duration: 5 months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)**
**Schedule: (40 hrs/week, M–F)**
**Pay Rate Range: $60 to $65/hr**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop, implement, and document testing strategies
+ Execute test plans, scripts, and procedures
+ Create automation programs covering:
+ OS-level scenarios
+ Security workflows
+ Usability and system behaviour
+ Document defects using bug tracking tools
+ Analyze system issues related to functionality, output, UI, and content
+ Monitor bug resolution and track progress
+ Maintain databases of known defects
+ Plan testing schedules aligned with project scope and timelines
+ Support defect follow-up and issue resolution
