Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Software Testing Architect to spearhead the technical evolution of our testing groups, comprising two functional testing teams and one performance / scalability testing team. This role is pivotal in our mission to revolutionize testing methodologies, moving away from legacy UI-centric approaches towards API-based functional testing, and performance testing in production, heavily leveraging AI to build, maintain, and execute test suites. This individual will own the technical strategy for our patient accounting testing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the functional and performance testing teams, consisting of 35 skilled professionals.
  • Design and architect the testing framework and infrastructure required to support API-driven functional testing, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy UI testing.
