Job Description
We are seeking a mid to senior-level resource (minimum 5 years’ experience) to join our team and deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal). The role involves providing high‑quality support, troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements in line with ITIL4 best practices and ISO27001 standards.
