Software Developer (Hybrid)

Purpose of Position

:The Software Developer will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing intelligent automation workflows, leveraging AI Builder models, and collaborating with operations teams to embed AI/ML capabilities into core business processes. The role also includes contributing to the development and enhancement of PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) application modules at Cape Cod Healthcare. . This position focuses on developing and continuously improving solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations while enhancing the efficiency of business services.
