Overview

Produces or modifies computer programs of simple to moderate complexity using the prescribed computer programming languages on various hardware (personal computers, Mainframe, client server, . Develops an understanding of assignments including the business functions to the point of being productive beyond the scope of his/her specific program assignments. Has contact with many levels of personnel throughout Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) to develop definitions for programs and review results of the programs. Works with some supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions, escalating to Manager when appropriate and updating Manager on a regular basis.
