Job Description

  • Lead Development team in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
  • Ability to lead a team of developers technically and ability to do code review for key functionality
  • Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects
  • Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software
  • Understand key from business and providing technical solution
  • Manage Projects of Microsoft Dotnet Platform
  • Co-ordination with Product Managers, vendors, regulatory agencies, partners etc.
  • Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities

Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
