Job Summary

:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java, Groovy, and Grails. Candidates should have a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and hands-on experience with modern frameworks, databases, and tools.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Grails, Java, and associated frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries for MySQL and Aurora databases.
  • Build responsive front-end components using jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, and AJAX.
  • Integrate reporting features using Jaspersoft Studio.
  • Work with source control systems such as GitHub and GitLab.
  • Deploy applications on Tomcat web servers in both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit/integration testing.
  • Maintain documentation and follow best practices in version control and code structure.

    • Qualification/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Hands-on experience with Grails, JAVA and Groovy.
  • Proficiency with Javascript, J2EE, JQuery, Bootstrap or other JVM-based technologies.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Aurora.
  • Knowledge of Git and collaborative development tools (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
