About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch assistance to users, application owners and senior stakeholders across various areas.
As a skilled problem-solver with strong analytical skills, you will be responsible for identifying defects, discrepancies and trends through code debugging or log analysis. You will also work actively with team members to analyze and resolve complex issues that arise from software applications.
