Job Description

Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Modena, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for a Software Developer Tech Leader.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of our RAMS Software (MES/WMS System) and all future Corporate Applications in all locations across the Company, both locally and remotely

  • Collect the Company requests, analyze them and create the technical analysis

  • Coordinate development team resources to realize the features needed

  • Test the developed features in order to validate them

  • Take care about the CI/CD workflow

  • Take care about the development of new features and bugs fix

  • Ensure continuously operability of the MES system

    • Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience in a Senior Software Developer in .NET context

  • A good knowledge of English

  • Strong technical skills: C#, ASP.NET, Dapper, LinQ, SignalR, Swagger, Xamarin, SQL Server, DevOps, Raspberry and Linux Raspbian Environments, Git, Jquery, Javascript, Micro Services, MVC pattern.

  • Knowledge QUERY optimization, via Index and other kind constructs

  • Base knowledge Power shell, Bash Linux, Python, MySql, Bootstrap

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Being organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
