**Responsibilities**
+ Implement advanced features, performance optimizations, and resiliency.
+ Define coding standards, review PRs, and guide refactoring and testing strategy.
+ Partner with architects, product owners, and client SMEs.
**Must‑Have Skills**
+ Expert-level Java/Spring ecosystem, distributed systems design.
+ Good experience with **integration architectures** (sync/async, event-driven)
