Software Development Engineer II

Summary of Role

We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer II to join our growing engineering organization. You'll work as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team responsible for building, maintaining, and improving Palmetto's technology platform.

As a junior-level engineer, you'll take ownership of features and components within the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, , ), contributing to both client-side and server-side development. You'll participate in design discussions, implement high-quality code, write tests, and work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver scalable and reliable software.

We're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving real-world problems in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
