Software Development Engineer in Test (Clearance Required)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support automated testing and validation for complex software systems in a secure environment. This role will focus on building robust test frameworks, validating APIs, and ensuring quality across distributed architectures. This position will be hybrid in Arvada, CO!

Responsibilities of the SDET include:

• Design and implement automated test suites for end-to-end validation using Playwright or Cypress

• Develop and maintain test scripts in Python and work with TypeScript/JavaScript for front-end testing

• Validate and troubleshoot APIs, distributed NoSQL and relational databases, caching systems, and event-driven architectures

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, preferably using GitHub Actions
