**About the team**: The CHeSS (Core Home Shopping Services) team is a dedicated services group within the Search & Discover Experience Engineering organization. Established in 2021, we have built a stable team with low attrition, focused on empowering the Web and App teams to develop search experiences that help our customers find the one. We are responsible for a suite of high-throughput, low-latency services that support crucial property search and lookup use cases. Our work impacts millions of users, processing billions of searches every week, and we are excited about the upcoming challenges and opportunities, including the implementation of GraphQL APIs and collaboration with the AI team to enhance customer experiences.
