What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a growing development team whilst remaining hands‑on.
- Modernise and replatform a legacy application
- Build and enhance backend services, RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX and delivery teams to deliver intuitive, future‑ready features.
- Define engineering best practices, architectural patterns and coding standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong full‑stack developer with hands‑on experience across multiple programming languages.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring developers.
- Legacy migration experience (essential).
