Overview

The Associate Manager, Product Development provides direct supervision and technical leadership to the team responsible for designing, building and maintaining Epicor's applications.

Responsibilities
  • Set objectives for the PD team and track progress.
  • Assigns and prioritizes work tasks.
  • Mentor and support product developers, review deliverables and provide performance feedback.
  • Identify and address staff training and development needs.
  • Track progress and prepare reports to managers.
