We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead and grow the AI Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for people leadership, execution excellence, and technical stewardship of a platform that sits at the center of Caseware's AI strategy. You will partner closely with Staff Engineers, Product Management, QA, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams to ensure the platform scales reliably, meets enterprise standards, and delivers measurable value to product teams and customers.
