In this role, you will have the opportunity to…

  • Drive planning and execution for scrum team, to deliver work assigned.
  • Drive deadline driven customer work for new development as well as automation testing.
  • Lead cross functional communications to deliver the work in multi-team dependency environment. 
  • Maintain knowledge of product architecture, connective dependencies, technical concerns such as rollout strategies, performance and scalability to ensure the right decisions are made
  • Develop your team; provide regular feedback to help them learn and grow
  • Foster a culture of engineering best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Share the team vision and strategy to foster an understanding of the overall direction and the "why" behind decisions

    • Our ideal candidate will have…

  • Over 12 years of professional experience , including more than 2 years in leadership roles within a technical environment.
  • Experience leading QA + Dev deliveries /initiatives.
  • Experience with databases preferably SQL Server and T-SQL
  • C# development experience with multi-threading principles, good knowledge of .Net data structure and objects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as:C#, Angular, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL, Selenium.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience and belief in CI/CD/DevOps
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize time as per the need.
  • Experience leading teams in an agile environment.
  • Track record of growing your engineers and teams
  • Experience in stakeholder management across the globe.
  • Collaborative approach to driving best possible results and outcome for the customer.
