About The Position

As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for the development, design, and implementation of software products within ongoing business projects. Your knowledge in chosen programming language and in general keen interest in computer systems and the latest technologies will help us provide the right opportunities for you.  Apart from having a deep understanding of programming languages and the software development life cycle, we look for excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills in you.

What You'll Do

• Work intently with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications on a day-to-day basis
• Integrate software components and third-party programs effectively
• Verify and deploy programs and systems regularly
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade and improve existing software
• Gather, evaluate, and examine user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements and upgrades
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is required
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment is preferred
• Knowledge of various domains like banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, software & hi-tech companies, etc.
• Expertise in platforms like Salesforce, AWS, Appian, Outsystems or others
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g., Hibernate)
• Eager and excited to learn new languages and technologies
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details
• Propose and create new solutions and ability to take on projects independently
