Role Summary
Hands-on developer responsible for designing and delivering backend features and integrations with Guidewire systems, with increasing autonomy and quality ownership.

Design/build scalable services with Spring Boot; contribute to solution design.
Create automated unit/integration tests; support performance tuning.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical grooming.
