Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the development and operations of the CFS Microservices Platform (MSP). This platform provisions and manages Kubernetes-based microservices infrastructure cluster for Oracle Global Industry groups to deploy SaaS applications. As a Senior Manager, you are a multiplier of high-performing teams, an experienced people leader, and a strategic partner in platform evolution. You drive organizational effectiveness and shape a culture based on continual improvement, trust, direct feedback, psychological safety, and healthy debate.

  • Strong understanding of containerized infrastructure like open source kubernetes, Oracle Kubernetes Engine, networking and storage. 
  • Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers and Tech Leads.
