Software Development Specialist

We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role:

Design and deliver Harness pipelines and deployment workflows while migrating existing Jenkins/Azure DevOps pipelines. Automate infra and app deployments on AWS & Azure with Terraform/Bicep, and operate container/Kubernetes platforms with solid monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Translate legacy pipelines into Harness stages (build/test/scan/deploy); implement blue-green/canary and approvals.

Author/maintain Terraform modules or Bicep templates; manage remote state, workspaces/environments, secrets, and policies.

Build and secure Docker images; deploy to Kubernetes using Helm/Kustomize; add health/readiness probes and autoscaling.

Integrate SAST/DAST, image scanning, SBOM generation, and artifact signing into pipelines.

Implement dashboards/alerts (Prometheus/Grafana/Cloud tools), logs/traces, and on-call runbooks; participate in incident response and RCA.

Optimize pipeline performance/cost and collaborate with app teams; mentor juniors and document standards.

Requirements:

5–10 years in DevOps/Deployment engineering with production CI/CD experience.

Hands-on with Harness (or strong CI/CD migration experience), Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

Proficiency in AWS & Azure, Terraform/Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes.

Familiar with GitOps concepts, security scanning, and compliance in enterprise environments.

Solid scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell) and strong communication.
