L2 Production Support Engineer:
Job Description Mandatory Skills:
3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with L2 role
Strong in Unix
Strong in writing SQL queries.
AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable
Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages – preferably Java
Details:
Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required
Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages
Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
