Job Description
Ford is in the middle of Supply Chain Transformation. One of the key focus areas to enable this transformation is to build robust supply chain management (SCM) capabilities and analytics solutions. This role is pivotal in driving SCM reporting data strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making.
+ Lead collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and define complex analytics and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
+ Architect and implement sophisticated analytics and Supply Chain IT solutions.
+ Identify key KPIs of various business processes and architect solutions to measure them
+ Spearhead our collaboration with SaaS vendors, plan delivery, review requirements and provide timely design signoff.
+ Lead all UAT efforts and resolve all defects in a timely manner
+ Ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity across all data processes.
+ Lead the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using QlikSense & power BI providing strategic insights and data visualization.
+ Conduct thorough data mapping, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and document data lineage to support robust data governance.
+ Develop comprehensive documentation for entire analytics platform, promoting knowledge sharing and system maintainability.
+ Utilize monitoring tools to proactively address performance issues, usage, adoption and redundant solutions to ensure system resilience, while providing expert production support.
+ Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members on supply chain processes and solutions to create lasting reporting solutions
+ Research emerging trends and help stand up new tech-stack/capabilities for data, reporting and visualization e.g. applying AI to solve business problems
+ Master’s degree in Supply chain management or engineering management or business analytics
+ 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale Supply chain IT solutions
+ 5 to 8 years of gathering and analyzing requirements to design prototypes and support development
+ 3 to 5 years of experience with material fulfilment, value stream mapping, multi-tier supply chain domain and their reporting
+ Extensive experience in large scale automotive supply chain
+ Experience with E2open Supply SaaS platform is a must
+ Experience collaborating with Software Vendor, System Integrator to create solutions
+ Proven leadership skills and subject matter expertise with a focus on mentoring and building a team
+ Knowledge of applying tools such as Qliksense, Power BI, BigQuery, E2SC, E2MC
+ Strong expertise in backlog management tools such as Atlassian JIRA.
+ Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, strategic mindset.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior management and cross-functional teams.
+ Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
