Job Title: Java Developer
Experience Level: 2-5 Years
Job Description:
We are a software R&D organization where there are opportunities to work across technologies. For the current position, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Java Developer with 2-5 years of software development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java 11+, Spring, Hibernate, and Angular. We value individuals with a continuous learning mentality who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about everyday innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Foster a culture of everyday innovation by proposing new ideas and improvements.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
Proficient in Java 11+ and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
Hands-on experience with Angular and front-end development.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
