WORK DESCRIPTION

  • Primary support: Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) system.
  • Backup support: Meter Data Management System (MDMS).
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Running batches, troubleshooting, customer-requested changes.Writing reports, supporting training.Patching, upgrading, and maintaining system health.

    • WORKER SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

    Minimum:

  • 8 yrs business customer support of critical systems (applications).
  • 8 yrs Oracle Database/PL-SQL experience and system connections.
  • 8 yrs upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering MWM, MDMS, or similar enterprise systems (large data volumes, complex interfaces, job scheduling, disaster recovery).
  • 8 yrs UNIX navigation, AIX/Linux (Red Hat & SUSE), shell scripting (KornShell).
  • 8 yrs evaluating system performance, tuning improvements, system sizing.
