+ Debug issues and assist with performance and stability improvements.
+ Collaborate with senior engineers to learn design patterns and best practices.
+ Contribute to code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
+ Support defect resolution and incremental improvements to existing systems.
Essential Skills
+ Entry-Mid level: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development (with C++) or strong academic/project experience.
+ Expert level: 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
