The ideal candidate will also have a background in Communication Security (COMSEC) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Develop and execute software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes. Demonstrate understanding of hardware and operating system environments, system interfaces, internal and external controls, and outputs.
