**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
+ Build high performing, modern UIs using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and reusable component patterns
+ Ensure code quality through reviews, and robust testing
+ Collaborate with QA, and DevOps to deliver high impact features in Agile sprints
+ Optimize performance, reliability, and system observability across the stack
+ Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years software engineering experience, with deep expertise in React.js and Java Spring Boot
+ Solid experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and event driven patterns
+ Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
+ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred)
