The Labs team owns the creation and evolution of repeatable intellectual property, including vertical solution blueprints, AI agent patterns, reference architectures, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) accelerator kits. By partnering with Presales and Product/Engineering, the Labs ensure that solutions are aligned with both field needs and the core product roadmap, with a guiding target of dedicating 70% of its time to building and maintaining these reusable solutions and agents.
