    Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Change Analyst to support large-scale transformation initiatives by driving adoption, engagement, and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups including core business operations, technology, data, distribution etc. This role requires a strong foundation in change management methodologies, hands-on experience with communication and training tools, and the ability to thrive in agile environments delivering enterprise-wide change.
  •  Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and develop tailored change strategies.
  • Design and deliver communication plans that ensure clarity, transparency, and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Support training needs analysis, develop learning materials, and coordinate training delivery using modern digital tools.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to align stakeholders and reinforce change adoption.
  • Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics, providing insights to leadership for course correction.
  • Collaborate with agile squads to embed change practices into iterative delivery cycles.
  • Ability to understand sprint delivery backlogs, understand technical and business user stories and craft associate change management stories.
  • Work with the technology delivery team and craft knowledge building collateral aligned to sprint outputs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to enhance communication, collaboration, and training effectiveness.
  • Coach market teams on best practice and Chubb Life Change Management standards 
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Chubb Life Transformation Change Management capability 

    Required Skills & Experience

  • Broader business transformation skillset, but must have proven change delivery credentials with a minimum of 3 years on change management
  • Proven experience in change management frameworks (., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong exposure to communication platforms (., MS Teams, SharePoint, Poppulo, Canva) and training technologies (e-learning, LMS, digital adoption platforms).
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale transformation projects, ideally within financial services or complex corporate environments.
  • Experience working in agile teams especially with Product Owners, with the ability to adapt quickly and influence iterative delivery. Adept at using JIRA and Confluence 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on change effectiveness.
