**Job Summary**



We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop cutting-edge features for our flagship storage operating system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle complex challenges, and contribute to both existing product enhancements and new development.



This mid-level role offers the opportunity to engage in the full product development lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing, debugging, and customer support.

+ Design and develop innovative features for NetApp’s storage operating system.

+ Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including debugging, testing, and customer support.

+ Resolve engineering challenges and address escalations effectively.

+ Collaborate with QA and other teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.

+ Contribute to scalable, high-performance system software solutions.



**Job Requirements**



+ At least 5 years of experience in system-level software development with a focus on quality and performance.

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related fields.

+ Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Unix/Linux system programming.

+ Strong knowledge of OS internals, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming.

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
