Role Description

We are recruiting a versatile Software Engineer (Founding Team) to build Optima end-to-end (product enough to choose the right thing + engineer enough to ship it into production fast):

• Own feature → production end-to-end: take ambiguous problems from spec → build → ship → measure, with fast iteration loops
• Ship like a startup engineer: deliver across backend + frontend with strong judgment on scope, UX, and reliability
• Build trust-worthy systems: security, access boundaries, auditability, observability, and “reviewer” paths when correctness matters
• Compound velocity: automate the boring parts, improve tooling, and continuously raise quality + shipping speed
