Job Summary:
The Software Engineer will support the North American Solution Delivery Selling & Store Operations Team, developing and modernizing Back of Store systems and Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities. This role combines technical depth in UKG Pro WFM, Boomi integration, and SaaS solutions to deliver high-value applications across the , Canada, and Europe. The engineer will work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to design, code, and support global WFM technologies that enhance associate productivity and the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Workforce Management applications and integrations using UKG Pro WFM, Kronos Workforce Central, and related technologies.
