Key Responsibilities

  • Provide software support to customers and address modification requests for existing machines
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Management (PMM) team to align with business goals
  • Develop and maintain machine software applications, ensuring stability and compliance with customer specifications
  • Provide on-site customer support to resolve software issues related to the machine
  • Conduct software testing and qualification to ensure quality both internally and at customer sites
  • Work closely with engineering teams to evaluate the interaction between hardware and software, as well as overall system performance
  • Support and train customers and service engineers on software features
  • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, Mechatronics, or other relevant majors)
