Job Description

Experience
- At least 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow CMDB in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining a complex CMDB in a large enterprise environment.
Skills
- Strong understanding of #ITIL practices, particularly Configuration Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, specifically in CMDB, #Discovery, and #AssetManagement modules.
- Experience with scripting languages such as #JavaScript, #PowerShell, or #Python.
- Familiarity with #integration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB.
