Focus of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of order orchestration, fulfillment processes, and supply chain integration, along with strong technical expertise in modern software development practices.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Sterling OMS to support order management and fulfillment operations.
Implement and optimize order orchestration workflows , ensuring seamless integration with supply chain systems.
Develop and manage API integrations , leveraging microservices architecture and cloud-based platforms .
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Java , SQL , and relevant scripting languages .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience with the following:
4+ years of hands-on development experience with IBM Sterling.
Extensive experience with IBM Sterling OMS and its core components.
Strong understanding of order fulfillment , inventory management , and supply chain integration .
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs , microservices , and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in Java , SQL , and scripting for automation and customization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
