Software Engineer II, Machine Learning

The Catalog Algo Engineering team at Wayfair accelerates growth by solving core challenges in product data quality and catalog intelligence at scale. We build capabilities that power the customer browsing experience (such as visual search and personalized recommendations), including filter-driving product tagging, dimension accuracy checks, AI-generated review summaries, and product image classification. We also streamline supplier onboarding through automated validation and agentic GenAI workflows. Leveraging Generative AI, multi-modal models, and intelligent data pipelines, we transform merchandising strategy into accurate, consistent, and enriched product data—reducing manual effort and elevating the end-to-end shopping journey .
