Role Snapshot

As a Software Engineer II, you will design, develop, and own scalable enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with global teams and drive technical excellence across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable applications

  • Own complex technical designs and architectural decisions

  • Resolve critical production issues within defined SLAs

  • Drive adoption of modern technologies and engineering best practices

  • Ensure high code quality through reviews and adherence to standards

  • Mentor developers and support continuous improvement initiatives

    • Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Full-time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory)

  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience

  • Strong experience with:

    Python, C#, ASP.NET / MVC

    REST APIs and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)

    Databases (MSSQL / NoSQL), SSIS

    DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks

  • Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and modern technologies

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure

  • Experience with Blazor, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Copilot

  • Knowledge of containers, Next.js, and Tableau

  • Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience
