This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance systems that power key ad capabilities for both advertisers and customers. You'll lead backend development efforts, mentor junior engineers, and play a critical role in shaping one of Chewy’s fastest-growing revenue streams.

About You:

As an experienced Software Engineer with a background in backend and full-stack development. You excel in working on backend services with technologies like Python, Java, Kafka, and both SQL/NoSQL databases. You have expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), cloud environments (AWS), and authentication services.
