Full Stack QA Engineer (QA + Automation)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack QA Engineer to ensure quality, performance, and reliability across our applications through strong testing strategy and automation. Experience supporting cloud migration initiatives—especially Azure to GCP—is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in QA and automation testing
Strong full stack testing experience: UI (frontend), API (backend), and database validation
Automation experience with Selenium and WinAppDriver
API testing experience with Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools
Working knowledge of C# and Python for scripting and test automation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based repositories, and Agile development practices
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases for data validation and backend testing
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have / Added Advantage
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Understanding of cloud migration concepts, especially Azure-to-GCP transitions
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
Performance testing exposure (JMeter, Gatling, k6, or similar tools)
Infrastructure as Code familiarity (Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across desktop, web, APIs, and backend services
Partner with developers, DevOps, and product owners to define quality objectives and test strategies
Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across the application stack
Validate data integrity, system behavior, and interoperability across environments
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.)
Log and track defects in tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA; verify fixes via re-testing
Work within Agile/Scrum to improve quality, speed, and predictability of delivery
Provide input to improve scalability, usability, and performance
Bonus: Support testing related to cloud migration or hybrid deployments, especially Azure to GCP
