Software Engineer - Internship (Hybrid - Milan) - Milan - Motork

As we undergo an AI-native transformation, we’re looking for a Software Developer Intern to join one of our most impactful teams: Platform.

From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in PHP and Python development, scalable systems, and AI-driven products. And if you’re sharp, adaptable, and eager to learn - you’ll have the chance to grow into a full-time role with us after the internship.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of MotorK’s core platform.
  • Apply your knowledge of PHP and Python to solve real-world challenges.
  • Work on projects tied to our AI-native transformation.
  • Collaborate with international teams across Europe.
  • Learn from senior developers, while also bringing your own ideas to the table.

    • Requirements

    What we’re looking for

  • Solid knowledge of PHP and Python. Java is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for building simple, scalable solutions.
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset.

    • Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Familiarity with an additional programming knowledge.
  • Good level of English.
