Overview
The Supply Chain Inbound (SCIP) team is responsible for building and maintaining integrations for Manhattan Active WMS and configuring the platform to support our warehouse operations. We're focused on enabling efficient inbound processing across our distribution center network while maintaining high reliability through automation and proactive incident management.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot integrations with Manhattan Active WMS
- Configure Manhattan Active WMS to support warehouse operations and business requirements
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and code quality
- Deploy and manage services in Kubernetes environments
- Develop automated tests and perform manual testing as needed
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to incidents and driving automation to reduce future pages
- Collaborate with team members, TPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders on project delivery
- Proficiency with AI code generation tools - demonstrated ability to effectively use Claude Code or GitHub Copilot (Claude Code strongly preferred)
- Strong communication skills - ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, blockers, and progress
- Reliable execution - consistent track record of completing work on time and following through on commitments
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with containerized deployments (Kubernetes)
- Warehouse management system experience (Manhattan Active or similar)
- Experience with supply chain or inventory systems
- Test automation frameworks (JUnit, integration testing)
- Incident response and on-call experience
- Experience driving operational excellence and reducing toil through automation
