Software Engineer - Junior/Mid

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 2 years of related experience, or Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 0 years of experience

  • 2+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Java and C++

  • Proficiency using Git

  • Experience deploying and managing software in a Linux environment (preferably RHEL8)

  • Familiarity with Eclipse IDE

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%

  • Active, in-scope U.S. DoD Secret clearance required to start

  • Domain knowledge in missile defense–related systems

  • Knowledge of MySQL for database management and data retrieval
