We are currently seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead for a permanent placement opportunity, to lead and grow a high-performing engineering organisation delivering impactful digital solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, including Software Engineers, Requirements Engineers, Software Architects and UX Designers
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
Define and implement best practices and standards to ensure high-quality software solutions
Provide technical leadership to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Ensure all software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance and security
