Job Description
**Description:** As the Staff Software Engineer, you will serve as both a technical lead and software architect, driving the design and development of scalable evaluation and data analysis solutions. You’ll bring deep domain expertise in one or more mission-critical areas—such as Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR), CNI, or Tactical Data Links—to shape next-generation performance intelligence tools.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the development of intelligent evaluation capabilities, integrating modern software practices such as clean code principles, modular design, data fusion, machine learning, and real-time analytics.
