What You’ll Do
- Work closely with customers, customer success, and sales to clearly define problems.
- Design solutions that simplify and improve existing systems.
- Build MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to solve customer pain points.
- Troubleshoot on calls with users and deploy improvements within hours.
Senior Role Responsibilities (4+ years)
- Hire, mentor, and manage senior talent.
- Own a domain of deep expertise such as distributed systems, product design, or performance.
