What is The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team. Our mission is to build the high-leverage internal tools and systems that empower Field teams to drive revenue and operate at peak efficiency. This isn't about building features for a generic user base; it's about building the specialized scaffolding—automation, experiences, and custom workflows—that turns our sales and operations strategy into a scalable reality.

This role will be a zero-to-one builder. You'll take manual business processes and transform them into lovable user experiences.
